These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AnoSphere mobile application (“App”) and this website. The App is published by anosphereApp LLC (D‑U‑N‑S: 143351010) (“Publisher”, “we”, “us”). By using the App or website, you agree to these Terms.
Non-custodial software
The App is intended to be non-custodial. We do not custody your funds, do not hold your private keys, and do not initiate transactions on your behalf. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, keys, and transaction details.
Not an exchange or payment processor
The App does not sell Anos, does not accept deposits, and does not process fiat payments. The App is a client that signs user-authorized requests and submits them to endpoints on the decentralized AnoSphere network.
Marketplace note
The AnoSphere network may include a distributed marketplace where users can discover other users to trade with. Any trades are peer-to-peer and occur at your own risk. We do not custody funds and do not guarantee outcomes, pricing, or counterparty performance.
No financial advice
The App and website are provided for informational and software purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your decisions and compliance with applicable laws.
Risks
Digital assets can be volatile and risky. Transactions may be irreversible. You acknowledge and accept the risks of using digital-asset software, including the risk of loss.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt networks or services. You are responsible for verifying addresses, amounts, and transaction details before confirming a transaction.
Third-party services
The App may interact with third-party services and independent network operators (e.g., app stores, hosting providers, or network endpoints). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or content.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be error-free.
Open source
Portions of the App’s source code may be made publicly available for transparency. Open-source code is provided “as is” under its applicable license(s). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any licenses.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VALUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.
