Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the AnoSphere mobile application (“AnoSphere”, “App”) and this website handle information. AnoSphere is designed to be non-custodial: the publisher does not hold your private keys and does not custody funds.

Information we collect

The App is designed to function without creating user accounts and without collecting analytics. We only receive information in a few limited cases:

Support communications — if you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address
Website server logs — our hosting provider may log standard data (e.g., IP address, user agent) when you visit this website

Information we do not collect

We do not want or need your private keys. We do not intentionally collect:

• Private keys, seed phrases, or passphrases
• Biometrics (handled by your device OS)
• Contacts, photos, or precise location (unless you choose to share them)
• Advertising identifiers or third-party analytics profiles

Data you store

The App can store data on your device (for example: settings, keys, or cached content). If you use an AnoPod, you may also store data in your AnoPod on the AnoSphere network. This data is user-controlled and may be encrypted by keys generated on your device.

Network communications

When you use the App, it sends requests you authorize to network endpoints (for example: to create/use an AnoPod or to submit Anos transactions). Network operators may receive standard network data (such as your IP address) as part of providing connectivity. The publisher does not control independent network operators.

Third-party services

The App and website may involve third parties you choose to use, including app stores and hosting providers. These parties may collect information under their own policies. Examples include:

• Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution)
• Firebase Hosting (this website)
• GitHub (open-source code hosting)

Data retention

We retain support communications only as long as needed to respond and for basic security/legal needs. This website’s server logs are retained by the hosting provider according to their standard practices.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us via support, please contact us.
